Segments of Competition
How do I Apply?
About this website
* 6 month minimum resident of the State of Hawaii, or attend college or own property in said state.
* Entrant must be married a minimum of 6 months by July 1st of competition year, and she must be residing with spouse.
* Contestant must be at least 21 years of age by July 1st of competition year and no older than 56 years of age.
* Contestant must NOT hold a "State" or "National" title with any other Pageant System by competition date.
* Contestant must be a born female, married to a born male.
* Contestant must never have, or will not during her reign, pose for any photography, video or film associated with nudity or pornography.
* Contestant must not have been convicted of a felony crime.
* Contestant, if selected, must agree to attend the National Competition as the State Representative and abide by all rules and regulations by same or forfeit title.
* If Contestant relinquishes, for any reason, any title given to her, any and all prizes must be returned in the condition received.

* Personal Interview - (50%)
Scoring (1 - 20 points)
Individual interviews are conducted between each judge and the contestants, there are a total of 5 judges. Each contestant has 5 minutes with each judge.
* Fitness Wear - (25%)
Scoring (1 - 10 points)
Each contestant will be judged on being physically fit, energetic & healthy.
* Evening Gown - (25%)
Scoring (1-10 points)
Contestant will select the evening gown of her choice. Husbands will escort their wife on stage during this segment of the competition. Evening gown will be scored on the self-confidence, poise and grace the contestant shows in this phase of competition.

* Each contestant must submit her completed Application Packet which includes the Official Application and an Official Rules and Regulations form.
* Submit a copy of her Official Birth Certificate, Official Marriage License & Drivers License.
* Submit $300 non-refundable application fee.
* All Contestants will receive a crown and an Official City or County sash with the title of their choice. However, titles are issued on a first come basis upon receipt of entry fee.
